do anyone on here jog, what do you do to prepare, do you eat anything light before hand, how far do you go and how much water do you drink whilst running

I know long term it fecks your knees up dude better off swimmin imho

Have a very light snack before running. half a sandwich or something then a small handful of sugar sweets. Run about 3-4miles and will drink one full water bottle for that run, but when home will have around another 3/4litres of water. Piss all the time at the beginning until ur bladder gets used to it.lol

thats what i do anyways.

swimming costs, running is free

my boss used to jog every evening for years. 20 years later he has servere probs with pain in both knees. It's a lot of impact on your body running on concrete ...just my 2p worth

Well what can I say.As your well on the lardy side, judging by your pics.Your going to be at a great disadvantage as your belly is going to collide with yer tits as they slap downwards meeting your guts on the way up.Start off with a nice 50 mile jog to start with and go from there if at all possible.Eat at least three tins of beans to give you more thrust on hills then ring me from your hospital bed for further tips and coaching to get you to the next faise ;)
