just had the BOV's from my breaker fitted to my car. have no idea on the make but they go in place of the oem recircs. took the car out for a drive and they are so very very loud. i think anyone within a 10 mile radius can hear me coming now :rofl: . (i am running 0.9bar of boost)

Mine are the loudest I've ever heard - Turbo XS Type H-RFL and you can work out what the RFL stands for :rofl:

"This is the loudest valve on the market at 115 db at 15 psi."

They have changed the top of the barrel slightly recently but still look pretty similar to the ones I have.

 

me got a set of those little puppies, got them from e-bay about 3 years ago from japan or aus, (cant remember which) but mine has the trumpet x2!!

I have e-bay replicas of them and they dont seem very loud? if i adust them would loosening them or tightening them help with the noise???

It all depends how much boost you are running. I've got some big turbo's and a fair bit of boost.

If they aren't adjusted right then it could be that they aren't opening enough?

On the proper Turbo XS ones you adjust them by adding or removing spacer washers inside.

Not sure if that's the same on yours.
