Hi Paul could you please let me know whats goin on with the matrix?

Am I getting a refund or another martix?

This is going for well over 8 weeks now thats not right and the list you can do is reply to my mails or textes but so far nothing!

£100 quid is alot of money to be ripped off in my books!

Wonder if anyone else is having this problem?
