riddick was down the beach today and decided to go for a plodge in the water, then decided it would be a good idea to have a mouthfull of water, im sure he had a good gobfull before got there to stop him, was just wondering if it will be bad for him, he seems ok and this happened this morn

Stella, it wont do much harm, might make him throw up. Cossie my choc lab, drinks gallons of it as we live by the beach. He has consumed in the past a 3 month old dead dogfish, seweed, coke cans, limpits, and loads of other crap, even ragworms that i use for bait

must have a cast iron stomach.

 

If riddick is ill, make sure he drinks lots of water.

a little sea water is fine, Large quantities of sea waters sodium content can poison the blood and make you sick, but biggest problem with it is dehydration if you were using it as your only drinking source.

 

Just make sure he has fresh water available.

 

Have you see the shit (sometimes literally) that dogs will consume

riddick used to eat his own shit when he was a puppy lol
