well checked and all my timing is correct so now i am about to start removing the plenum to look for busted valves!!!:(:(:(

the plenum is quite hard to take off as theyre are endless amount of pipes to disconnnect. will take most of a day to take it off if this is your first time. just get stuck in and undo and disconnect everything that is attached to the plenum and eventually it will come off. putting it back on will be the hard bit lol

Upper Plenum off, Lower plenum off, Heads off - very big Job! Most garages would remove engine first.

This was after a snapped belt ?

What have you done so far ? What leads you to believe there is valve damage ?

First you want to turn the engine over manually with the crank. Check for resistance(there will be normal resitance at tdc). if thats ok, then do compression test. If thats ok then start her up. If not ok then it indicates valve and other possible damage and its time to rebuild engine.
