At last

First of all i would just like to thank every body for the help thay have given me for my wee problem with the car,the imformation i was given was great.Well ive found the trouble maker.

This rubber hose is drawing in air from the unit on the right,when you clamp this hose or just pinch it with pliers the revs drop down to normal and when you let go thay shoot back up to 1500.:confused:
