Anybody else fancy a day out at Rockingham to watch some ASCAR racing?

Went their today and WOW.

 

Don't don't how them guys get into their cars with ball5 that big.

 

Pole setter in qualyfying, average speed round the track 213 MPH.

 

You wouldn't believe how close they get to them walls as well.

 

Also the Teams are so friendly and approachable in the pits.

 

Absolutely awesome day.

The final round is on October 5, it costs 12 quid entry with 16 and unders free, but they say group discount can be arranged.

I have to say it is AWESOME!!! The noise, speed, racing etc etc etc are absolute top notch and has the advantage you can see the whole track...

 

Saying that, they came no where near to the CART cars wink.gif Now they are just unbelievable!!!
