fault code since done work on car an odd one!

well basically its been ages since i could do a diagnostic since i did all the work on the z last year now the last few weeks have shown up an odd problem

 

i now seem to be getting a code 54 which i have never had before and shouldnt get!!

 

54 Signal circuit from the automatic transmission (A/T) (A/T models only) The A/T communication line is open or shorted Harness and connector

 

mine is a manual and has been from the factory has anybody else had this problem and could it be caused by my duel mapped ecu?

    Mine use to display code 54 because i had an auto ECU in my manual Car if thats any help!
