Seen this at Falkirk a few times. Its sitting at edinburgh city bypass on bricks. Don't know if the wheels have been knicked???

I was driving upto sheriffhall roundabout yesterday and the drivers side front tyre decided to expell it's air!

I limped upto the layby, and because it doesnt have a spare, i had to take the wheel away and get a tyre put on it.

 

Thanks for your concern though. Coincidentally, i was heading to falkirk last night! :D

Sorry to hijack your thread Clownpants but in a previous post of yours, you mentioned an NA Auto in a Kirkcaldy scrappy. Which scrappy would that be, as I might need a cheap electric aerial.

its in Nobles if i remember right. I wouldn't waste your time though. Bunch of :xxx:. They haven't got a clue about zeds and want silly money for everything.

 

I wanted the connector for the front indicator. He wouldn't split the bumper and said i would need to buy the whole bumper. (even though the connector is'nt part of the indicator itself. Fooked looking NA bumper with halfords fogs.....£200! :mac1:

 

Oh and apparantly the headlights are xenons because 'all nissan sports cars were made with xenons'. :xxx:

So are you getting hold of a space saver now then?. hope you didnae have to trudge up the side of the road with the wheel under your arm.

No, i didnt. i called one of my mates who very willingly picked me up......after some financial compensation.

 

Im not too sure if a space saver would be any use. The bigger brakes would stop it from fitting onto the front and the staggered fitment on the wheels would stop a back one from being any use on the front.....if that makes sense?

Yes makes perfect sense.

 

though if you do want to try to see if one fits you can try mine.

 

A spare is always worth having for an emergency, next time you might be in the middle of nowhere without a phone signal. And you dont want to leave that car lying around unattended up on bricks, cause its sure to attract the wrong sort of attention
