There is also the Zcentre.

Your looking at around £350-400 for a full set (shocks only) and around £180 for springs.

I've just bought a new set of Tokico HP shocks and new springs from MJP autos, although it looks like one of the new shocks is faulty - but that another story!

just did my rears with a pair of stock shocks off luke at the z centre.....they are lovely, drives like a dream i think you'll be surprised how good stock is as oppose to spending ££££'s on aftermarket ones the stock ones are made by Tokico anyway....wouldnt bother with your springs unless the're broken or you want to lower/stiffen the car....cost @ £130 for the pair overnight delivery and goodbye to the bobbing about :D
