on a couple of occasions now my speedo has stopped working and with that my power steering.:confused: this only happens every now and again and is totally random as to when it does it. Can anyone shed some light on this problem and how i can cure it?

Most like to be either the MPH speed convertor on its way out (if you have one fitted) or your speed sensor.

it has got a speed converter thingy on the back of the clocks. where abouts is the speed sensor located. i've just had a new clutch fitted and wandered if it had anything to do with the removal and refitting of the gearbox?

Speed sensor is on the side of the gearbox (drivers side).
