How will adding 25kg to the Z affect it. Im trying to reduce the weight in the car and am unsure about putting subs in. Am looking at getting the 0-60 time down as much as possibe

About the same as half a tank of petrol! Are you being serious? A passenger normally weighs between 50 - 80kg.

weight is weight, trying to make it as light as possible.

Every little helps;)

Or maybe slightly more than 80kg.

But the half tank petrol is a good guide to how it will feel.

25kg is not going to make any real difference on its own, if you were taking it drag racing or something you can always just remove them for the event.

plus it would be beneficial in evening out the weigh distribution in the car. z's are front heavy anyway. they need a bit of weight in the back ;)

its a tourer tho?

One of the benefits of the 300zx - Different versions offer different driving experiences.

The LWB and Convertible are certainly more Tourer orientated than the sportier SWB/Slicktop. Then the choice between TT and NA offer different experiences, as does gearbox choice.

But nothing to stop you turning a LWB into a stripped out Beast on the track, or a SWB as a luxury cruiser with full ICE install.
