Anybody got experience of using Nokia maps vs Google maps ?

I've a choice to upgrade to either a Nokia e71 which will do google maps or a 5800 which will only do Nokia maps.

How accurate are both ?

Thanks

Don't know anything about Google maps on a phone, but I have Nokia Maps on my N95 8Gb. I don't subscribe to it, for the route finding facility, as I beleive it's a bit of a rip-off but I have used it for general pin-pointing. For proper route finding I use either Garmin (which uses the built-in GPS receiver) or Route 66 (which my older version only uses an external GPS recever)

All three are fairly much the same in accuracy!

google appear to have just done a big update and are now by far the best images of my house :)

I think Nokia maps costs for a start.

And both need the internet to work correctly

I didn't get chance in the end but i've been told by my mate who put it on the weekend it was a big improvement, routing is improved and it now accepts 6 digit postcodes

if you look in the right places mate you can get tom tom software for nokia and it sooooo much better had it on my n95 for bout a year now its great....
