Facebook accounts been haked

Someone has managed to change my email address and my password, i cant get into any of my personal emails or my facebook, can I hack back in and get my email address back?

    facebook resets your login from time to time - i dont mean change your password, but it forces you to re-login - perhaps youre using the wrong password. if youre sure youve been hacked, id email the admin immediately and get them to temporarily suspend your account
