You'll have proven experience in kitchen management, including stock control and producing quality menus for up to 100 people. You'll also have basic computer literacy, good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure with limited time and resources.

 

Qualifications: NVQ level 3 or 4 or equivalent and with a nationally recognised qualification in food hygiene.

 

Duration: 18 months

First il need some snow chains.

 

Wont be needing a freezer then, and suppose the fridges will be fitted with heaters?

 

NVQ level 4? wtf thought it only went up to level 3 lol.

 

Il have to give it a miss 18 months isnt long enough

they left it off the critieria but an ability to work with frozen and tinned food would be vital i guess...:D
