Its stupid, its crazy - the blame would fall on the boy (coz thats how society is - which is wrong) but that scenario happens... you read about it often......

 

This has shocked alot of people because its a very young boy for once,(its usually girls) I have never read or heard of a boy that young becoming a father, 15 years old / 16 yes but not 13!! I don't know if you have ever read anything like that before??
