get your own chickens....up early to let them out...chase em round the garden from time to time...that'll lower the readings...and you'll get cheaper and tastier eggs :D

i get my eggs of me dads mate who has an allotment, sometime have to wash the feathers and chicken shite off them lol

think ill stick to the ulster fry-soda bread, potato bread ,sausage, bacon, egg, beans and a big mug of tea, especialy good when you have been on the guinness all night and end up doing the river dance going home:nana2:

pmsl!!!

I read eating the same food everyday is bad for you as you dont get a good mix of different Vitamins and Minerals etc.. Try mixing it up! have Eggs 3 times a week max in the mornings

Did you know the white of an egg has less protein than the yellow BUT the white is the purest form of animal protein you can eat.

Use Lo Salt . It contains 66% less sodium than regular salts . I use it , `cause I can`t do without salt on food . It`s just as tasty .

Too much dairy products is not good for the heart.

As already mentioned above have eggs, but then maybe some musli every other day and stick a fruit smoothie in one of the days.

Don't have too many smoothies though as this could cause fractose intollerance.

Taken from the web page mentioned above:

Should I restrict the number of eggs I eat?

No, for most people there is no need to restrict eggs. Neither the Food Standards Agency nor the British Heart Foundation recommend a limit on the number of eggs you can eat. Some people have had reservations in the past about eating eggs, due to their cholesterol content, but it is now recognised that eating too much saturated fat is more likely to raise blood cholesterol than eating foods rich in dietary cholesterol. Eggs are not high in saturated fat. See the cholesterol section for more information.

I dont bother with the milk or salt, just eggs and pepper and a touch of butter, mashed up and thown in a frying pan.

Perfect.

AGREED !!:smash:

i eat about 15 eggs a day, and about 4 yellows, the yellows are good for you if you go to the gym as they contain healthy fats, depending on you whole fat intake 2 yolks is nothing i can tell you, only frying them an unhealthy meal, dont you like oats? much lower in the g.i. level and can give you lots of energy whilst helping you to lose fat.

remember fat can kill fat, just need the right ones.eat lots of salad and veg during the day, along with water.

whats your whole diet like? i mean day to day?
