Get cod 4, best game ever! I've got cod 5 too, but it aint as good

ooh, i seen that today was thinking of getting it, where is the gameplay set on that one????

cod 4 is set in the middle east, has modern weapons.

cod 5 is set in world war two, using the weapons from that eara, flame thrower is cool but the other guns arnt a patch on cod 4. Maps are better though

not sure if it will be a game you would like, but final fantasy will be out soon. that will push the playstations limits if it's like the others.

Mirrors Edge (Great mix of Prince of persia style acrobatics with great combat in a amazing 3d world)

uncharted drake's fortune is awesome - it's like tomb raider, but no lara croft unfortunately. ive completed it twice and will play it again soon! very unlike me, lol!

 

racing games: Race Driver GRiD, Colin McRae Dirt, Pure, Motorstorm 1 or 2

 

Shooters: Blacksite's not too bad, Fallout 3 is awesome (has an RPG element to it)

dead space. thats a must.

laura croft is ace & so too is fall out 3.....

About half way through 17! The level of depth and sense of autonomy is absolutely awesome, so much so that I've spent a lot of my time away from the main "looking for dear old Dad" Quest (now up to the bit where you need to find Vault 112) and instead whiled away the hours on side Quests and just exploring randomly! Currently trying to decide whether to screw my Good Karma and ditch the Mr Nice Guy Routine...I keep seeing other characters with nice gear and my trigger finger gets incredibly itchy...! :D ;)

 

I love the fact you can get really lost in it...definately what I'd call immersive gameplay. Been meaning to get involved in a decent MMORPG for a while now and this game is making me think I need to just try and find the time...if I can find a good 'un that is!

 

Just bought MGS4 "Guns Of The Patriots" as well...haven't played any of the MGS games since the first one on the PS1 but I've got high hopes that it's going to be equally as engaging :)

Post-apocalyptic scenario. I have Resistance 2 but not really getting into it. However bizarrely I can't leave Little Big Planet alone, weird not my type of game but I keep playing it.

Fallout 3, best game bought for the PS3 in past 6 months. Highly recommended :)

just had a quick go on army of two and although its a bit akward to get used to the controlls im sure it will be a good game

KILLZONE 2 is out on the 26th of feb and will blow every other first person shooter into next week. You can download a playable demo from the playstation store so give it a go! Other wise Resident evil 5 is also stunning and you can download a demo of that or driving wise Motor Storm 2 Pacific Rift.

pre-order killzone 2, true next gen stuff with over 1million pre orders in europe alone, its a fps like cod and resistance. Theres a demo on psn now.

Also burnout kept me busy for ages :) and only £20 now

I have Pacific Rift Motorstorm 2 and to be fair is quite good but still keep going back to Little Big Planet and I played it online with three others and was quite cool.

fallout 3 , cod4 and 5 and bioshock, motorstorm and killzone (out soon) would be the games i would go for done them all apart from killzone

I have played the Killzone 2 demo and to be honest, not overly impressed. Much prefer CoD4
