does anyone know of any good software prog's/players that will recognise these ?

 

tried -

 

wmp

vlc

realplayer

quick time

 

all to no avail

windows media player should.....but you may need to install some encoders for it.....have a look at this http://www.mediacollege.com/adobe/flash/video/windows-media-player/

Just download the K Lite Codec pack which is free! You can play anything through media play then including FLash Video files. Type K Lite into your search engine and it will appear.

Thanks guys downloaded the encoder and now all flv files play in wmp
