Once again the Z Club is organising a multi club stand

 

Testing the water for Z Track time. I know its early but need the names of people who're

interested in Z only track sessions. Can you add your name to the list if you are interested

We normally have two dedicated sessions so could you also add how many sessions you would require. It will be on a first come first served basis and will be opened up to all

 

Even if you are not interested in track time and would like to parked in the Z Only area ( 70 odd zeds last year) rather than in the general car park we would appreciate you posting in this tread so we can get an idea of how many car passes and advanced tickets we would need to book

We are phoning up next week to confirm we will have the two sessions and too find out if we can book a third session of a further 20 places

 

Once we have confirmed that we have the track sessions and what the final cost will be we will be asking for full payment by a certain date and if payment is not received by that date the next person on the list will be contacted to take the place.

For those of you who want to attend the event and get you car on the z only area and pay the reduced entrance fee instead of paying the more expensive on the day price and having to park in the general car park the time is running out.

 

If you want to be amongst all the Zs instead of on the outside you need to pay up asap so we know how many advanced tickets to purchase to ensure we get the usual prime location slap bang in the main area

 

Those of you who have put your name down for a z only track session have until the end of March to make your payment or you session will be paced on to the next name on the list

 

If you want to pay by paypal please go to the Z Clubs homepage scroll down and on the left hand side there (sorry can't give a link) is a paypal box click on the donate button entering the correct amount together with your name address, user name and phone number and you are there.

 

With regards to the track session we have paid out £1200 in advance and would like to recover this money asap

 

With regards to entrance tickets we have roughly two weeks order these so to avoid disappointment your payment for tickets is also required ASAP
