As you will notice if POWER switch is OFF and you hit the gas full throttle it goes ON automatically. This holds the gears to higher RPMS.

You can also do this by pressing the POWER button. It does exactly that. Keep the gears at higher RPMS.

As for the HOLD button. If you are driving at D position (and you r in 2nd gear) and HOLD button is ON it keeps the current gear.

Auto doesnt shift to 1st or 3rd.

P.S. Somebody back me up on this (HOLD button)

As for warning light when traction control is lost. No idea what that is. You have traction control? Or is it something on the dashboard.

What the warning light says?

Are you talking about the warning light that indicates the OverDrive has been switched out ?

Probably the Power light coming on under hard acceleration? See previous explanation why that happens - nothing to do with loss of traction.

thanks for the info guys!

Hold, as i was told on here misses second and tries to keep in highest gear poss.Centre compromise of the two.Power gets to max rev or nearly b4 change.

Overdrive knocks down half a gear 4 overtaking i think thats right, im still playing [wish id bought a manual!]
