Running dramas

Hi can anyone help me ive got running dramas with my Z32. it sounds like im running short of a couple of pistons and have just put new HKS spark plugs in and still same problem. I have some new coils on the way and this could be the problem however i wanted to check them first. What resistance reading am i meant to get on the coils packs. Thanks for the help
