Adding pic to profile HELP!

Been trying for a bit now to add a pic to my profile with no success, tried to re-size to 80 by 80 17kbit comes up with upload failed. Also tried photo bucket link still will not insert pic, comes up with same thing upload failed! HELP!!!!!!!!!

    Done it for ya mate. You didnt tick the box that said add custom avatar. ;)
