My main concern about switching from my Scoob into a drool worthy Zed is fuel economy. I dont get paid THAT much so would have to look into this.

I currently get about 31/32 mpg from my scoob. I'm a VERY conservative driver with a light right foot. Most of my driving is A/B roads when commuting to work, as I dont go out much apart from that.

I'm not looking for "on your bike, son" kind of comments as to obtaining that kind of MPG, but still.... Try me, if you become very conservative, what can you get out of them? I'd be interested to hear the comparisons between the nasp and TT models

I am doing a 400 mile a week in my TT auto and if I cruise at 60mph using approx £50 if I take it to 75mph moves up to £65 :nana2: but if you are heavy footed (I used nearly 1/4 tank in 30 miles with a lead foot) ;)

These economy threads do make me laugh...

Its an 18 year old 6 pot 3Ltr twin turbo..... No !:rofl:

Hi All,

I dont find the fuel consumption that bad, My zeds an na jap manual & i fill her up with v power every week & use her as my daily driver too! Im getting approx 22 mpg around town & approx 30 ish on the motorway:hyper: & dont forget as said above, our cars are 3ltr v6's,fun to drive & sexy looking:shock::rofl:..I'd rather pay a bit more for fuel ,better than drive a car that didnt make me feel good like my zed doe's:hyper:
