This really makes my blood boil!! Can never understand why or how someone could do this to an animal. At what point do you look at it and not think to yourself I'm wrong for doing this and get some help?

Glad he's with a loving family now but the sick ex owner gets a ban - great! She should get some sort on punishment that would actually hurt her!!!!

Couldn't dream oh doing that to my dog, she's part of my family! I've gone without food years ago when it was a choice between dog food and my dinner - my dog got fed!

Some of the dogs i Train are in such a state when we get them its so bad! When training them you can tell witch ones have been hurt or abused in the past. Harming animals like that really makes my blood boil!

This sort of thing makes me so angry! Can't abide animal cruelty.

My GSD is from a rescue home (she was 10 months old), wouldn't bark for the first month and was scared of her own reflection. Took her training and the trainer said she just didn't know how to play or interact. A bit of TLC and she's the dog she was supposed to be, not scared of anything, can play all day long and loves people. Also loves ger food but she does get sirloin steaks, whole roast chickens, ribs, fresh liver and loads of other nice food. She's a godsend at Christmas for the left over turkey! :D lol

 

I just think if people can't look after a dog (or any other animal) then don't have them. They cost money and need attention just like having a child around.

What strikes me is that they've banned her for 25 years. I think a complete ban for the rest of her life would be just.

 

I sometimes wonder what are going through peoples mind when abusing an animal to such an extent?

not nice....she is a piece of work to do that to a dog she should be sectioned under the mental health act for a long time such behaviour is psychotic....mind you its mostly cats you'll find such an old hag abusing....hundreds of moggies are hoarded in some cases equally as cruel IMHO

Yeah I never understand the point of a ban, how is that gonna make her realise what she's done and how would they enforce that?

 

I'm just glad he ended up with a loving family who can give him the love he deserves, Strange how an animal will trust a person again after going through that but I guess they can work out the good ones :)

agreed bringing back the stocks in the middle of town and branding would be no worse than what she has inflicted on that poor animal which can't go and tell anyone what it's being put through by it's owner.

I think people who commit a crime on a human or animal and get convicted should have the same form of pain and suffering inflicted on themselves....within reason of course.I would feel no guilt in actually harming a person that can do that to a helpless animal, makes me sick!
