sending movies to ya playstation 3 from pc

anyone do this, my mate reckons there is a programme that allows you to do this, he s thinkiing of downloading from torrent (which i think is a bad idea as he aint got a clue with pc's)

 

any clue what e is on about, he told me the name of the programme but i cant remember it, it was T something or other

    Run Tversity http://tversity.com/ on the PC (turns it into a media server). It's a free download and works well with the PS3. Need any help, I'll try to point you in the right direction...

    yeah thats the one, he says it wont work with his vista???, is it safe to download from torrents, he aint clever with pc's and laptops and antiviruses and so on
