engine rebuild

Hi All, i have a spare engine in my scraped 300 and was gonna try and strip it and rebuild it it but dont know where to start. does anyone know where i can get a manual for a 300 engine rebuild. for torques and stuff. i spent alot on tools lately and wanna try a rebuild as have never done it before, ( except for a vauxhall viva years ago). Thanks for yer help again. Got the interior sorted so now am lookin for a new project.

    I am looking at doing the same with my engine in the next few months, I have got it on a stand in the garage at the moment, waiting to start.

    I have only rebuilt one engine before, a mondeo engine a few years ago so it should be interesting.
