After having no luck obtaining a second hand master cylinder I had nothing to lose by attempting to seal the leak using liquid metal which to seems to have worked:D

Question is as I have stopped the leak externally whats the opinion of the internals now as Im unsure whats behind the area it was leaking from (if that makes sense...lol) Basically the leak was coming from the front bung of the cylinder but everyone I have spoken to says its the first they have heard of leaking from that point.

Opinions are very welcome.

Cheers Paul

Are they just like any other normal master cylinder?

Could you not just retro fit one? I would not fancy doing a temp repair on such an item myself?? Unless I am barking up the wrong tree here?

Have you a picture of the bit you mean?
