Drivers door sagging a bit

Hey all my drivers door is sagging a bit and the bracket has worn a groove in the body. When I lift it I can feel about a cm of play in it.

 

Any idea how to fix? Ive looked at the hinges and they dont seem to have any adjustment in them. Cheers
