October 1, 200223 yr Handbag's down please girls, and take a peak at these vids(might take a while dialup guys): http://www.lad.lv/~martini/porsche/Videos/RUF-CTR_Nurburgring1.wmv http://www.lad.lv/~martini/porsche/Videos/RUF-CTR_Nurburgring2.wmv I think this is part of the RuF Faszination video, of some-guy-whos-name-I-cant-remember and the RUF CTR around the Nurburgring! There are more Vids here: http://www.lad.lv/~martini/porsche/default.asp?l=eng&Sub=3&SubSub=2 , but they are all of various Porsche models - but hey, we all like fast cars right? October 1, 200223 yr Trey, an old EVO mag I have did a Freezeframe piece on this video. The driver was Stefan Roser who did the entire promo run right on the limit of the Ruf CTR. For the Freezeframe article John Barker went out with Roser in the same car.. "There was so much power that the rear tyres would light up in almost any gear at any speed. On the last straight I watched the speedo needle wind round to 199mph". However the wildest ride was reserved for photographer Dom Fraser. He had intended to get some cockpit shots of Stefan at work but going into the first long, 130mph right, the left rear tyre blew out. Stefan brought it calmly to a stop and commented casually: "That always happens..." -Andrew
