Just Interested to hear what you are all up to on New Years eve? I will probably be in Bed for 11.30pm, as I gave up partying years ago, just dont have it in me anymore, not sure if it's age or what.

I worked the Night Club Door's for many years, so I was always working NYE. So maybe that took the sparkle out of it for me. :(

We have hired our village hall so that all our mates and thier kids can meet in one place, have a lot to drink, have a laugh and not worry about someones house being wrecked by 20-30 kids.

 

We have to be out by 1 but don't have to worry about taxi's or nominated drivers..

Going down the local 2morow lunch time,and if last years any thing to go by.stagger out about 3am.......

i have been invited out but really dont know if i can be arsed!

We alwasy make a big deal of it, a) any excuse to go crazy and b) everyone goes back to work in the respective parts of the UK and its a while before we meet up again!

 

This year 3 cars are driving to Weymouth, all dressed up, and setting of around 3pm. Those are are not driving (circa 10 people) will be playing drinking games/dares on the way down :D Continue partying untill clubs close, then (if we can bare the cold) continue to party on the beach :D

 

Downside is... we have no where to sleep, so in the cars it is!!!

 

Im dressing up as a racing driver.. full body suit etc lol

I had a quiet and Dry Christmas, so I will be out on the town tomorrow night making up for it.

got to agree, worked to many gigs with too loud music and seen too many annoying pissed people to want to join them at it anymore.

 

going down the local scout hut to play poker and guitar hero and have a chat with mates without having to shout over the loud music

Im out and about in a few restaurants and clubs, drumming in the local pipeband!

iv got a few people coming round to mine. me and my girl just got engaged and are going to save up for a wedding so something thats cheap and cheerful for new year will be fine for us
