If I have a picture in a word doc how do i change this to just a normal picture on my PC, anyone know?

    Right click, copy and paste it into MS Paint or something....if I'm understanding your question correctly.

    I tried putting it in paint but it doesn't stay the same quality. might try it on the pc tomorrow

    Everytime you resave a picture the quality is reduced (compression stuff) so your doomed im afraid! Probably the best way or stick it in photoshop and maximise thw quality whihc gives minimal compression so shouldnt be too bad!!
