i have flex on mine, the rears are set to the hardest setting, it is too harsh and if i was keeping my zed i wold have got the edfc and then i could set them in car to what ever setting the road suited,

i have to take my boot covers off and set them to the softest

the edfc alters the settings on the shock from hard to soft, it means you can do it in car and dont have to get the allen keys out and adjust them manually

Agree, I went for the K sports set up which are the same spring rates and single adjustment. I wish I had gone for the EDFC now as it would be so much easier to adjust the rears. Hey Ho. You live and learn. Although the adjuster is more weight and another thing to go wrong. If your not going to track the car I wouldnt bother but if you are the electronic adjustment is awesome!

Anyone running these?

Is it worth the money and why? what can you do with the EDFC?

Yes had mine for a few years now and its a fantastic set up.

The downside is for a normal road car even on the softest setting its a very hard ride. The EDFC is a very handy thing to have as like Stella said you can switch from soft to hard damper settings from inside the car with the touch of a button and also has three channels with memory settings.

I have tein flex for 3 years now when impoted ,some one had drilled holes about 10mm into the rear plastic covers to fit a allen key to adjust .I dont realy see the point of a edfc controler not unless you do track days, ive set mine once and left alone .If the controler was £100 it would be worth it but its £250.Beware the edfc stepermotors on the front can foul some front strut braces.

Anyone running the flex ones on the softest setting??

Andy

Yes me for everyday use and trust me its a hard ride compared to stock.
