Well I have stripped off all the parts I wanted from my zed and this afternoon it was lifted onto the back of a truck and went to the scrap yard.

Thought I would post some pics of the quality bodywork it had.

Rear light, this had started to bubble through the paint work below the light, it is much worse inside.

Loads more holes underneath in the sills, boot etc..

:slap: My uk zed is rust free, and a extremely low mileage! There is nothing wrong with uk zeds

I love my UK zed. Its great but the rust got it so now my rebuild is going into a black jap one. Having said that though all the good bits out of the UK are replacing the Jap bit :o)

I have all the rare bits you can't find :tongue:

My Import Zed is completely rust free and low mileage, not a spot any where! I had it plastered in wax oil (wheels off, liners out) just after I bought it to help keep it that way!

And it doesn't get to see a salty road..........
