Hey guys and girls

I am so sick of a particular squeek that I have taken drastic measures. To re-create it I had to stand on my car and jump up and down what it showed me was that a squeek occurred in time to the movement of the front ARB. Anyone got any tips on what part it might be? Bushes brackets etc?

I'm gonna get under it and get it off and try and grease everything up. Just wondered if anyone else has had the same problem.

Cheers

Is it a standard ARB or aftermarket? I know I had to grease the silicone bushes on my Whiteline ones when I fitted them.

Yep its a aftermarket one. Ive blasted the bushes with WD but it doesnt seem to have made a differene. I assume I need to get in between the bushes and the brackets by taking them off.

Mine came with the necessary grease, the instructions said coat both sides of the bush generously before fitting so I guess your going to have to get them off to do it properly.

Am I going to have to get the geometry re-done? If I take it off and grease the buggers up? Cheers

Yep mine are Stillens. Creeks like a beehatch!!!!!!

Hope grease will fix it. I'll keep you posted.

Im doing mine again tomorrow. going to slap everything i can on them. What they supply in that little tube isnt enough. You can only do the rear. and for the amount of money they are you would think they would give you a bit more :nono:

Had same issues once, use liquid spray grease,or silicone spray, worked well.

Hey all silicone spray has 90% killed it. Although I'm still gonna take it off and moly it up when I have some time.

No, wont have any affect on geometry. You wont even need to drop the bar completey, just undo the brackets and slip of the Bushings, grease them up and put back on.
