Well my Intercoolers turned up today. Really pleased with the quality and amazed at how much bigger they are compared to the stock ones.

Well these are part of the bits I'm collecting ready for my rebuild starting early next year. Really looking forward to the start of that, just got to wait for the turbos to turn up, with the forged internals I'm ordering after xmas and im finally getting somewhere with ashspec and the radiator problem I've been having since march.

One thing I want to ask is, the slight dent in the finns (shown in the second picture), will they affect the efficiency of the cooler?

Thanks

Ant

As long as they hold pressure without leaking they will be fine. you can always straighten the bent fins out carefully with a pair of tweezers or something.

I've tried to straighten out the fins the best I can. How could I find out if they hold pressure without leaking?

Thanks
