  1. I’m planning on bringing several items I don’t need to the Coventry meet to give away to a good/any home. Any reason why this would be a problem? Just be a boot of bits i.e. door cards, rubbers, trim, glove box, etc. Chris

Well, Christmas is almost upon us (I can hear the moans from here), and once it's over thoughts start to turn to the 2014 show season. For those that like to book their holidays well in advance, LakeZ 2014 will be taking place Friday 27th June - Sunday 29th June Last year saw a big change to the format, and one that we feel worked well. So continuing with that, the 4th LakeZ meet will once again be completely free for those attending (Petrol and Beer not included!). The venue once again will be Cark-in-Cartmel, with the town hall serving as car parking and camping facility, and the Rose and Crown being the focus of socialising. Friday will be meet…

  11. OK so this is for anyone wanting to make the weekend of it.... I did mention it way back on the 25th Anniversary thread but thought I would start a fresh one here for anyone wanting to continue the celebrations after the Coventry meet We are hosting a barbecue/party on the Saturday evening of the 19th July at our place in Stoke to commence once we get back from the 25th Anniversary meet at the Coventry transport museum :) Anyone who would like to come along is welcome to join us. It's about an hours or so run up from Coventry to our place and if anyone fancies it we could run up the M6 toll (i.e. Big Empty Road!!) in convoy - maybe even get someone to ta…

Hi folks Well Trentham is now only a week away I have booked the club stand and paid for ten passes Unfortunately the passes went missing in the post. This is not as problem as the event organisers have allocarted our space and they will send me a replacement set of passes tomorrow (Monday) but this does mean i will not have them until mid week which doesn't really give me time to send them out to folks Therefore I would ask everyone who is attending to meet at the Weathervane Pub Lysander Road, Meir Park, Stoke on Trent, ST3 7WA http://www.hungryhorse.co.uk/pubs/weathervane-stoke-trent For those who attended last year this is the same pub we m…

Morning, I am in need of a number of volunteers to help on the day. Firstly, I need 3 people to assist with parking on the day. Ian Greenfield and Kev (Harby300) are helping, so I require one more. I also need 3 or 4 people to volunteer to judge the car of show award. If you volunteer for this, you are exempt from your car taking part in the award. Thanks in advance Alex

Howwood near Johnstone at St Vincent's Hospice to help raise some funds. Plan is to have a load of custom cars, bikes, yanks etc to come along on the 28th June 2014. There will be trophy prizes with categories sponsored by local motor trade businesses. There will also be a kids area at the rear with food vendors etc. Myself and some of the lads from our Scottish forum are going to this. All are welcome, nothing to strict just a fun day to raise some funds for the Hospice. Mixed collection, Rods, Yanks, Bikes, Customs. Think there a few Ferraris and such as well ? Alan.............

Guy's After the relative success of the mini meet we had at the beginning of the month, the next event will take place at the Queens Head, 12 Norwich Road, Hethersett, Norwich, Norfolk NR9 3DD. After a quick drink of water and a packet of crisps and a chin wag, we will travel in a sensible convoy, driving toward what is rated as one of the best driving roads in our region the B1113. On our way we will drive through the sleepy town of Wymondham, past the lotus factory and some lovely scenic roads. We will eventually pop out on the A11 near Snetterton where there is a lovely pub and beer garden so we can stock up on some calories. Hopefully there are a few who can…

Hi guys, sorry I've been a bit slack last month. Very busy times. I've been thinking about meets and locations etc, this has brought up a little idea. So let's have your feed back and get it right. There are a fair few members round the wider Portsmouth area, as well as this side of the forest. So it only seems fair to try to give you guys the opportunity for a localish meet. I'm also aware that not everyone wants to stand in a carpark and talk to strangers. So I propose the following... A session of Go karting this would include two 15 minute races, this allows us to mingle in a less in your face format and trade sober be else's paint. Plus the fact EVERY petr…

  20. Talking to my mate (who has a 350z) and we were planning on going to Trax. Will there be a 300zx stand? Also, will the club be doing any other big shows? I'm still learning my way around the forum so I do apologise if I've missed something obvious!

OK peeps, 12 Norwich Road, Hethersett, Norwich, Norfolk NR9 3DD at 1100. 11 o'clock the pub will be/should be open for those that require refreshments and a tiddle. A cup of tea for me.....obviously ;) With the finish of the meet being at Snetterton for some pictures, it might also be worth a visit to the countries biggest model shop for those who are interested. Apart from this the itinerary will be the same as in the original post. Any problems give me a shout, see you all there guys, safe journeys. Tony.
