  1. Stephen and I have been discussing this behind closed doors and we're going to go for a tri-area Christmas party (other areas most welcome). We've decided that Winchester is the best place to hold this (seemingly central to SW, C and SE regions) and the fact that it's actually a really nice city, so a nice place to bring the family for the day. We have yet to decide on a host pub/restaurant, but the sooner we can get names together, the sooner we can get an idea on numbers! Obviously myself and Steve are going to be going, I've spoken with Jimmer and he's hoping to go also. Anyone else who's interested, please put your names down. (December …

  2. Started by bird,

Hi everyone. I've been talking to Lexx about a Christmas meal he's looking to arrange with the 350Z guys. We are thinking of having it at Hartlepool Marina on Saturday 13th December. The restaurant has not been chosen yet. Who'd be interested in going? Thanks, Lee

  3. Started by t.mogsy,

This will probably be the last meet this year. I'm picking my zed up from Lee Dents next Saturday so thought we'd arrange a meet around it. Everyone's welcome, there will be plenty of tea, plenty of zed chat & zeds to look at, & I'll bring some cakes as well. Address is Hartley Buisness Centre, Monkmoor Road, SY2 5ST. Meet from 11am.

  8. Started by Lexx,

Yup, I know it's still really early to be thinking about events next summer. But my hand has been forced this year. Cartmel Races have just released their 2015 calender and they have Race meets on the Fri and Sun of the LakeZ weekend. This means that accommodation in the area will a) start to book up quickly. and b) prices will start to increase. As such, please if you plan on attending next year (and not planning on camping) start hunting for your accommodation now. Also, if you plan on coming, and wish to eat in the Rose and Crown on any of the evenings call up and book now. I've spoken to Ben and Antonia who run the pub, and they have taken a numbe…

  10. OK after the success of last years drive through of the Blackpool illuminations my fellow REO (and the welsh one too lol) had a chat today and decided to do it all over again! This is most certainly the last chance to come out and play in your Zed before the onset of winter so what better excuse. The date this year is Saturday 18th October The plan is to meet at the Blackpool Premier Inn at the South Shore - just a few hundred yards from the South Pier This has a large secure and free carpark, and importantly no speed bumps Also this means that we can start the run through the illuminations from near the South Pier rather than having to queue for …

  11. Hi Guys and Gals If you ever wondered how many ponies your car was putting out?, then here's the ideal opportunity to find out. A friend of mine has organised a Charity Dyno Day at Tuning Developments Ltd in Warrington on the 19th Oct, which just happens to be the Sunday of the Blackpool Illuminations meet. So the crack is its £40 for 3 dyno runs and you get a full printout for BHP etc. There will also be a Pro Valleting company and a Hydro Dipping Company there too as well as a catering van. 10% of all the proceeds go to Manchesters Dogs Home. I was invited initially so asked if more could attend and the answer was yes but we will be limited to numbers on …

Yeah, ok, I admit that's a cheesy title for a thread. But it's no less true. The committee, NEO's, and REO's can sit here and organise shows based on what we think the members want, but there's no guarantee we will get it right. And whilst we can't please everyone, as NEO I am keen to ensure that all members get their say in how they want shows in the future to take shape. So give me your thoughts and ideas. What national shows do you want to see the club attend? Do you have a local show you would like to see a small club stand at? Please remember that the phrase "Use it or lose it" applies quite significantly here. If REO's are putting time …

Here is a rough list of the 2015 shows and events. Whilst we won't have a presence at every event here, I am hopeful that we can attend many. A number of these events will be joint with 350z-uk and Z-Club. I will update the list with dates and links as the information becomes available. Please PM me with any additions you think should be on the list. --------------------------------------- The Weston Park Classic Car Show - Shropshire - Japfest - Castle Combe - This is an inter-club stand. Redline - Corbridge - Trentham Gardens Classic Car - Stoke On Trent - Cholmondeley Pageant of Power - Shrewsbury(ish) - LakeZ…

With 44 days till JAE, and a lot of work going on at wicksteed park in preparation, it took awhile but im finally able to post information about it. Wicksteed park has undergone a lot of renovation work this year, which meant until it was complete i didnt know if our plot had changed or not. im happy to say we are still in the same plot of land we have had for the past 3 years running now, which is on the left as you enter the JAE event. Ticket prices have changed, where they used to be £25 advanced ticket, its now £30, you can also come and set up on the Thursday (regardless who you are, it used to be support and club set up guys only) with the extended…
