Hi lads, Looking to organise our 1st meet of 2006 this month and was thinking about booking the Nissan factory Sports Club conservatory bar again. Those who came to the last one in October seemed to think it was an OK venue, especialy in the winter months. I'm back at work this Thursday, so will speak to our Personnel department and sort it out. Was thinking about Sunday 29th January @ 12:00pm If anybody isn't sure of directions, I can always meet you all at Washington Services again. Please let me know all members who are interested. after the southwest meet today I started to think that our meets are no longer just about the car. We have all seen eachothers cars now so many times we know them inside out. The meetings seem to be taking on a more personal and social side, which to me is a good and positive feel, now I can bring the ICE QUEEN along because it no longer quote "cars! cars! cars!" And that meens more Meets :hyper:

what a cracking meet it was, very well organised, got to catch up with some zed buddies some strange antics from a supra and the scoobie boys, why they felt the need to rev the *****cks off their cars is beyond me :mac1: i hope the next one is even better great journey home for me, not so great for my passenger :D see you's all soon allan

Ok looking at organising a big meet in Jan 06, need to look to the new year to get things started and rolling for the North East. Gives everyone a chance to relax after the busy christmas period and show off their new toys. January 21st as a provisional date, meet starting at say 5pm. North east venue yet to be confirmed, need to look into other options as backups. Let me know if u fancy attending. 90 cars attended the last meet and everyone really enjoyed the evening. The JTuner day at Crail is finally in the mag this month. It was only about 6 months ago lol. Anyway, a couple of nice zed pics albiet a tad small. One of fraser gtti and one of firefox (now geeky hawkes car i think) lined up against myself for the 1/4 mile. I'm gonna see if i can get the full size pic from them, i quite like it. :cool:

Just sticking this thread up to give us a start for 2006. I have a few ideas for 2006 and just wanna see what you guys think of them. Please add any ideas you have too. I am going to start a regular monthly meet for 2006. Probably rotate through 2 or 3 different locations to keep everyone happy. This will definately happen, will be either every month or every 2 months depending on interest. First one will be January Hopefully the Scotland/NE/NW joint meet will become a regular event.
