I was going to get my zed dyno'd and thought it would be a good idea to have a North East 300zx.co.uk Dyno day :dance: The Guvnor has been in touch with Andy Urwin (he has a rolling road in Newcastle) and he can accomodate us but it has to be a Saturday Morning and he needs Two weeks notice. we need a min. of 10 cars. price will be £20 per run, (+ extra for any notes from Andy) so if you fancy see what power you have , get your name down. rolling road can take up to 480bhp (sorry mac :tongue: ) 1. Dont know how many of you attended the last drift day with Tracksport ,but they have e-mailed me again with a list of dates and places for anybody whose interested. Sorry about the late notice of our last drift day we were given the date late and despite this it was it was a great success with everyone really enjoying the day. I have never seen so many big smiles and heard so much laughter. So I am pleased to inform you of our next drift day which is Saturday the 19th of November and costs £169 for the full day. Ok guys, just arranging the next meet. Nothing to fancy, just a chance to meet everyone and get a bite to eat. I was thinking of meeting at the Falkirk wheel around 3ish then a wee drive down to the Kincardine way Brewers Fayre (Bowtrees roundabout) later on. I think a Sunday would suit all best. But when would you prefer? 13th or 27th of November. The club has decided to bin the idea of a national party due to the fact that it's too close to Christmas now and difficult to get people from all over the country together in one place. So we've decided to do regional "get togethers". I'm therefore open to suggestions on a venue for the NE lads. Bear in mind, we'll need to get a move on if we need to book somewhere. I was thinking of a night out at Tall Trees at Yarm with maybe arranging some transport to get us there and back. If anyone has any better/alternative ideas, please let me know. ok for those that dont know this is a jap car meet at a pub that serves nice food and has a wacky warehouse if you bring the kids :bow: Location is M6 J21 and the pub is just off the roundabout after the south bound exit. all kicks off around 7pm.. so who's coming?? :duffer:

Hi all, I'm looking to source a turbo 200zx to take to record for possible inclusion into a street racing game I'm working on. One of two process will the used to record the car. 1) The car will be mic'd up in variety of places using suction mounts and tape, cable ties for the engine/induction areas, and will be driven around in certain styles to capture the correct sound. 2) a rolling road session at Dastek, in Fife (Scotland). If anyone can help, either with a car or a contact, I'd really appreciate it.
