I've spoke to a few people about this and it seems to have a bit of interest.... They officially got switched on last night so we could do with getting this organised. So, who's up for it? If we can get a list of those interested together we can then sort the dates/times out afterwards. Lets go!

A bit early I know, But thought I'd see what suggestions or ideas for events for our region next year, So lets hear them, then I can start looking into making them happen, there's enough of us active in this are that I think we can give the 300's a presence* again... I personally like incarnation and Tunerfest, I know a few of us are into track days etc, also wondered as some don't like the idea of tracking their pride and joys, maybe club go karting? Just an idea. Or an ace cafe meet? We could get a few of us up to North weald test and tune days, Interested to hear what others would like to see in the region

If anyone fancies it, pm me your reg and address no later than Saturday this week so I can let the organiser know on Z club. I think I will only be going on either the Sunday or Bank holiday Monday but it looks like an interesting event:)

Hi all, I know this is a bit short notice, but hoping to get a number of you along for a meet at the Haynes Motor Museum in Somerset on the 11th. A friend of mine who owns a Z is driving over for the weekend, in fact he's a guy whom Joel, Andrew and myself met on our French Road trip last year. I'd like to propose a little surprise gathering as I have said I'll take him to the Haynes museum and it would be great to get some Z32s there too! He currently owns a 350Z but it searching for a good Z32 in France and I'd love to surprise him with a few examples from over the pond!! Would suggest meeting around midday on the Sunday for a car meet and som…

Just wondering if anyone might wanna meet up on Bank Holiday Monday for a spin round the Fens? If anyone fancies a leisurely informal meet I'm game. Never really explored the fen roads but they look a lot of fun. Late morning meet up and a drive out to a pub/cafe/POI for a break and back home afternoon? Just seeing if any Eastern zedders are out and about on Monday for a few hours.

Im looking to have another day out driving on track Silverstone. So Trax is now on my "events list". No need to tell you Im sure but Trax is one of the largest car shows in the UK. Multi marque. It takes place at Britains biggest and best track. http://www.traxshows.co.uk/traxshow Silverstone National circuit is a big wide non technical track that is ideal for "track virgins" Sessions are graded Novice, intermediate and advanced so you can choose what suits you. There is no club stand at present but "track drivers" get there own dedicated area to park in....reasonably near the track entrance so all good. Its always nice to have fellow 300 owners around an…

Time to hit the track again I think......................... Lots of hot hatches to play with. Warning ...motorsport is dangerous... particularly at Three Sisters. Its also highly addictive. Im in provisionally for the moment. Weather dependent. Its a long drive from Nottingham to Wigan. Three Sisters Track Attack days are not really shows in the traditional sense that many 300ZX owners know. Its more a gathering of drivers/cars that are track/performace orientated.Small hatchbacks predominate. Normally some Caterham type kit cars and then a mix of anything else. Jap stuff, BMWs etc etc Very informal. Quite low key and normally f…

I was thinking about going to this...probably on the Sunday (dog sitter dependent!) I know these big general shows are not popular on this forum but I fancy a track session or two round Donington.:thumbup1: Im just posting in case anyone else was "thinking about it"??? It doesnt matter if nobody else goes im quite used to being the only member at events with a track orientated flavour. £17 entry and track sessions at £35 doesnt seem too expensive to me. As there is no 300zx.co.uk or Z club stand you would need to be doing track time to gain entry with your car. Or buy an individual display pass?? http://www.thefastcarfestival.co.uk/fast-car-festiv…

I'll be going and probably meeting many of you so while I think of it, if anyone has the following parts, bring them along and we'll talk money... - Series 2 PTU and tails - Top right centre console screw cover - Anything related to hicas deleting - Adjustable front upper camber arms and tension rods. Just thinking it seems a good opportunity to trade a few things back and forth in person while we're all there.

Hi All, I'm thinking about going to a couple of events in Lytham. For those that have been to Lytham they'll know its quite a nice place along the coast line. The first event is this Sunday (sorry for the short notice). I only spotted it this week and I have spoke to the guy who advised that you can turn up on the day and show your car for £6.50. I'll be going if the weather looks good: http://www.markwoodwardclassicevents.com/9th-lytham-hall-classic-car-motorcycle-show The second event is on the 11th September, again in Lytham but around Fairhaven Lake. The deadline to register for this one is the 14th August though but this one is only £3 to enter: http:…

The 300zx.co.uk annual club meet for 2016 has been organised, with a return to Coventry Transport Museum and Millenium Place. For those that haven't been, the Museum is a great place to visit, and parking right outside on Millenium Place draws lots of attention and some great photo opportunities. Lexx did a fantastic job organising this location in 2014. This year we will also be holding our AGM at the museum for subscribed members to attend. In addition, we will be holding a general meeting where hopefully the REO's will be presenting their ideas for the 2017 annual club meet, where all members can vote for their preferred location, giving the REO a year to put …

so Japfest have announced another weekend date, including camping, the same weekend as JAE, with camping tickets at £13? No love lost between those 2 organisations then? I guess something to tempt the southerners into not going to Newark, as it's in Kent. http://www.japfest.co.uk/japfest-motorsport-heroes-0
