It is important that Registered Users and Subscribed members ensure the email address they submitted to the forum when registering is up to date and in use. Can all users please check the email address in their profile is the correct one. This can be done by clicking on the UserCP link in the top left hand corner of the main page. Once you pressed the link, you'll see the user control panel down the left hand side of the screen. Click on the Edit Profile link.
