Dear ALL, For those of you who know me or have met me, know that less than 2 years ago I weighed 28 stone, had serious health issues, and couldnt walk upstairs without stopping for breath. Now I weigh 14 stone 8, and thanks to 12 months of serious Cycling and the Gym, I am quite a fit bloke. anyway, I have been affected recently by a close family member having Cancer. I'm happy to say that it looks as though she is going to come out of it OK, but seeing as I have this New fit Body and a New found love and hobby of Cycling, I thought that I would do a good deed and give something back.
