Not in the Zed - in the bathroom - the hot tap drips. I can turn off the hot water but does anyone know how I take the tap to bits? Does the top just screw off or will I need to unbolt it somewhere? Cheers gents! :hyper:

well i just bought a USB to serial (db9) adaptor so that i could plug my laptop into my traction control unit to log data and save my settings.. now tell me this.. why would you spend so much on a system like this and keep it on default settings? it was set to 4 cylinders, every default setting imaginable- i couldn't believe it! idiots! anyway i downloaded a data file from the members section on here and fine tuned it a little bit and the car seems to run a little better although i've not actually tried the traction control to it's limits yet! Moral of the story.. if you bought your car with TC fitted go check the settings out asap just in case th…

Nothing major just some suspension bushes and an oil pressure gauge. Now I don't like to be the same as everybody else so I was thinking of mounting the new gauge, along with others to follow, somewhere different but I can't think :( This is where you lot come in, get thinking.

Hi finally subscribed. I have a swb tt auto zed. I bought it of my friend’s dad after he wrote it off!! Was rear-ended but there was no major structural damage. Loved the car from the first time I bought it and I could not see it get scrapped. Bought it for £400 off the insurance co. I don’t really have that much money to put into it so I have just done what I can. All in all after the jigging and spraying and parts its cost about £1200. I will post some pics of it as soon as I get some web space. Its not up to the standard of most of your zeds but had to have her back on the road. Still got a couple of probs but with your help hope to resolve them. What’s the best …

My brakes have been squeeking for a while now and its been driving me mad sounding like a push bike every time i come to the traffic lights. People were staring so thought i'd take the opportunity to take the pads and backers out, give em a good coat of copper grease and pop them in again. Nice simple task only by accident unbolted the 4 bolts holding the caliper together making a nice puddle of brake fluid then found after putting that back together that there was no need to take the caliper off like every other car i've had just take the retaining pins out. doh! :headvswal 1 hour one side, 10 mins the other only now there's a load of bl**dy air in t…
