just got my zed insured. im 21, havnt got any no claims, only had my license a year, and im paying £1600 third party fire and theft with sabre. that limited to 8000miles but i got qoutes for 10000 miles with the same company and was only about £50 more or so. i used the insurance search on auto trader website which gives u loads of prices and saves fookin about having to enter details hundred times. oh and thats for a jspec twin turbo manual. i think the secret is putting your parents on your insurance (and no i dont mean u being on theres, other way round) so i hope this can be of help to people. there is hope! jack

just daydreamin.... if you won a few million on the lottery what motors would you have in your garage, i used to be a big supercar(mainly ferrari) fan but fell out with the idea lately most just dont do out for me visualy. and im turning into a big fan of the new retro motors. my stable at the time of going to press would be as follows: my zed(highly modified) 240z new Dodge Challenger new Mustang new Chevy Camaro(if its available not sure if its just a concept) Lambo Muira maybe a Ferrari F40 for old times sake. you might think there a bit borin, but id get bored of the obvious supercars what you reckon? si

ok heres kaci at last :dance: . she came today at 1720 and weighing in at 8lb and 10 ounces. which is massive, those that have seen my missus she is tiny and all my respect to her for getting that out. few problems with michelle on delivery and required stitches but baby if fit and healthy. oh I will still be making stone hendge meet tommorrow at 12 but cant stay for long liam oh and check me out all ready to go lol

Hi all, Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Paul and in about 4 days I will be the proud owner of a 300zx Twin Turbo. It took alot for me to trade in my beloved Skyline R33 turbo but I feel I've made the right decision :D Can anyone point me to a thread of the forum (or another site) where I can find the standard specifications for this car? Hi guys, The missus has just come in from a horse ride upset. She was riding along and touched a wing mirror from a landrover discovery with her shin, very softly. The wing mirror fell off of the vehicle and two men came running out. It turns out the wing mirror was already broken and had been glued back. He knew how much a new one was (£75) because he'd been looking for scappies to replace it already. He flashed his police badge at her after she argued that it was already broken and didn't see how she should replace it, and threatened to sue her. Dont know if anyone was watching the Munster Leinster rugby match today but leinster disgraced themselves. I was at the match and really couldnt bare to watch the poor ball control and tactics of leinster. and they call themselves professional. On the brightside me and 3 friends found a ticket on the road so sold it to a lad for 40euro. didnt realise they had been selling for over 200euro. he got a very good buy!!!

Some of you may know already and some of you dont. Right basically i got the car (i got ripped off obviously) in about november, since then i have spent loads of money fixing the fooker. Tonight i got a compression tesat which turned out pretty dam bad and points to the ring being fooked. So now after already spending so much im left with 3 choices. Do i get the engine rebuilt? Get a replacement engine? Break her? Someone please help. Im so sick of the dam car i could cry now :cry: :cry:

Hi guys, basically im after wiring up a lights left on buzzer for the mrs in her mx5. What i thought i was after was something like a logic gate (AND) so i could wire it to the sidelights and the door open switch then off to the buzzer. Thing is after looking at maplins i have found it hard to find a simple decode to their logic gate section. Obviously im no electronic engineer, but surly this shouldnt be too difficult a task. Help / part numbers etc welcome. Cheers all
