I overtook an X5 and got up to about 80, and cos of the twitch at the back I gave myself loads of room for brakeing before a roundabout. Well the car locked and went sideways while still going forwards, if that makes sense, off the brakes quick and a slight correction and I'm up the curb with front and rear nearside wheels, then off again and sliding to a stop at the roundabout. I think I hit a bit of grease on the road but by furk it was scarey.

Problem is she has now had an email from the regestration company acting as a "Go-Between" saying that the companys name she had registered is a trademark and they are requesting her to surrender her regestration and give the name to them. Below is a copy of the email she was sent:- The domain name you have registered is being disputed by the owner of the Jacobscreek trade mark. They are requesti…

Whiles reading throught the Sun newspaper I noticed a little passage regarding the new searies of Top Gear which stars tommorow. Well it basically said the the STIG crashes the 400K+ Koenigsegg at 130mph.  They had the cameras rolling so hopefully will be on the show tommorow. Just thought I would give you hell of a good reason to watch it. (not that you would need one.)

Fit my new Tein dampers today, What an easy job.Did it on mi own and once the car was on the axel stands it took less than 10 minutes per side for the front and about 15/20 minutes for the back each side.Only ball ache was having to remove the rear seat and rear trim to get to the turret tops.An easy diy job and all you need is a socket set, jack and some axel stands.Well chuffed. :hyper: :hyper: :hyper:

Im sick of these trees that grow right against my fence, I have to keep cutting them back for overhanging the garden, my soil is riddled with their roots and they shed all their leaves into my garden and pond. I HATE TREES :D ive cut them right back but how can i kill them and stop them growing any more, i hear if you drill into the trunk near the bottom and pour diesel in that kills them but i dont know if its true I bet this is the first question here that nobody knows LOL

If you're cruising along at a steady speed whats the lowest speed you'll be in 4th and 5th gear? The exhausts are so loud and deep and having a hard time hearing the 'real' engine sound if you know what I mean.

Had my car round Darrens today ,we,ve changed the oil and filter , that was for starters while the engine cooled down , then did the PCV valves and pipes and yes the valves were shot so hopefully that,ll sort out my smoke on idle problem :hyper: We then did a plenum bypass as i,d got a leak from somewhere under there , not too bad a job really just fiddly but well worth doing just for peace of mind :nana2: So now i,ve got less skin on my knuckles than i had this morning but it was worth it , thanks bud , your a star

I've hit it. Guess a few people have been there. My car at the mo is standard except for a HKS exhaust and induction kit but I have a profec e-01 boost controller, 17"alloys, 99 spec rear lights, KYB AGX shocks all ready to fit. Prob now is that I have to uprate the brakes, get new springs, sort out a prob with my rear tyres balding rapidly and get this all fitted and set up but money is now tight. Can get it but now Ive thought about it, I could sell all those parts and save on the money for all the fitting and extra parts and walk away with a wad of cash and what still is a lovely car!! I know I'm going to go ahead with it really, but there is that …

This is a quick story about the bond formed between a little girl and group of builders. It's allegedly true and makes you want to believe in the goodness of people and that there is hope for the human race. A young family moved into a house next door to a vacant building plot. One day Willie Smith and a gang of building workers turned up to start building a house on the empty plot. The young family's 5-year-old daughter naturally took an interest in all the activity going on next door and started talking with the workers. She Hung around and eventually the builders, all with hearts of gold, more or less adopted the little girl as a sort of project mascot. T…
