Hi all I've been at this for about 5 months now and I've been rather successful, and I've managed to save a lot of people a sizeable amount of money. I have checked with a mod that I'm allowed to post this on here so here goes : I'm an authorised distributor for a ftse250 company called The Utility Warehouse Discount club. Some of you may have heard of them but the majority will not have. The reason being they do not advertise anywhere. This is so they can pass on the savings to their members. My role is simply to find and help people save money on all their household bills including mobile phones. We offer award winning products at unbeatable value for money. …

I gave the SLK a nice coat of Meguairs Ultimate Wax today - on top of the paint sealant I treated it with last time - and I have to say, it's good stuff. I've been using it a while now and it really beads water well; plus dirt and road grime does not seem to stick to the car as much..... If it's dry on Saturday, then I'll do the same to the ZX, ready for winter.... Richard:thumbup:

73 into 70 - how does that work....? I could not be asked to fill my Merc last Friday on the way home from London, and continued using it the last couple of days until I eventually passed the local Shell garage. The light had been on since Friday and the trip odometer was showing 410 miles since the last fill (I rarely see more than 365), so thought I'd better stop. Considering the car is supposed to have a 70 litre tank (which includes the 9 litre reserve), how is it that I managed to squeeze in over 73 litres? Is the tank bigger than the handbook suggests, or is there something wrong with the calibration of the forecourt's fuel pumps....:shifty: Still, at…

I know we have a lot of dog lovers here and I would just like to share the passing away of our wee dog Rosie. She was 15 totally deaf almost blind and a diabetic having to get insulin injections twice a day. But on Wednesday she got an infection in her pancreas and after three days on the drip we had to let her go this morning. Rest in peace Rosie.

this saturday for charity we are doing a marathon as part of a team, its being done in relays as a 200 meter lap, the more that turns up the less laps you have to do, the plan is that if we do it in relays it means you can run as fast as you can for the 200 meters then its someone elses turn and gives you time to recover and this will be done till 26 miles are covered the goal is to beat the record which at the moment is 2 hours and 3 mins, should be fun and we all pay to do it to hopefully raise £250 for help the children charity, wondered if anyone is doing it as its a national thing and there are many teams all over the country taking part in this event, be …

Hi, just a quick question to any spraying experts out there, is it possible to buy a nozzle kit ( which includes an air cap) for a LVLP spray gun, and put the Cap on a HVLP gun to turn it into an LVLP gun, because from what i can find out the difference between the 2 is the hole design in the air cap for atomisation. Thanks Rich
