Firstly I hope everyone had a merry xmas, secondly I'd like to wish you all a very happy new year! What's everyone's plans tomorrow night, we're not going out anywhere as such but we are planning on taking the dogs up to the river bank with a bottle or 2 of Asti and going to sit and watch the fireworks go off and see the new year in. I've had a look at a 1984 Z31 turbo manual car today, no tax or mot, last on the road in 2004 and garaged since. The engine started first thing from cold and sounded sweet - no nasty noises or excess smoke from the exhaust - so far so good. It needs the OSF wing replaced (used one supplied), the front rubber? spoiler has a good chunk missing, the rear wheel arches are disintegrating and the quarters are bubbling. The boot floor seems good as do the chassis rails but the inner wing valances have been crudely patched to pass a previous mot. The interior is messy but ok, it looks like the targas are leaking slightly. I can probably get this for £400 - any …

Anybody any good with these? Changed internet provider and has caused havoc with it, laptop is confused between the 2, managed to change the name to the new network but still no joy. Think it's the IP address that's the problem, any ideas as it's been driving me mad for weeks and the wife wants to shoot me if it's not fixed !

Have been looking through the internet for a sat nav update disk for my x type jaguar. Ive found a website called mysatnav, has anyone had any experience from this site or is it just another dodgy site?. A upto date disc from jaguar themselves are £150+ so theres no way im gonna get one from them. Or is there anyone who knows where else to get them from, ebay are just old out of date versions and still asking silly money for them.

Hi all, The aerial at my Mums house came down the other night in the strong winds and my Dad is on about a satelite that can pick up thousands of channels (that some bloke in a shop is telling him about) for around £200 fitted. I told him to find out what free channels there are cos they don't get much tighter than my Dad lol Anyway, my question is what alternatives are there to normal TV aerials that will supply free channels? Ideally one that could be DIY fitted to a second floor wall as her house as a kitchen extention that I can easily get onto the roof of ;) Cheers Vijay

my wee girl dropped my wifes galaxy s4 onto the tiled bathroom floor tonight and now the screen doesn't work. you can see a crack behind the front glass. the screen flashes when you turn it on but nothing appears on it everything else appears to be working. anyone had this replaced before?
