Hi all, My friend has her house on the market at £285 and has had 2 offers at £280 which she is happy to accept. The thing is she's not looking to actually sell now till mid June and both people are happy to wait. The thing is does she take it off the market and ask for a deposit from either buyer? The estate agents has turned round to her and asked her to chose a buyer but how can she make sure they will actually wait till June? Cheers Vijay

Directed by Takashi Miike ) but i cant think of the title ...............want to see if i can get it on DVD cheers guys and gals Steve

More disturbing news. I think people are not taking this very seriously. Most people act like this is some legend when it is in fact very real. If we don't do something drastic as a society soon we can all forget about having any kind of future. Hi guys/gals, I am looking to put together a testing rig for the HID kits I sell (at the moment I connect every single one to my car to test it ... long a laborious process). I also want to just this "rig" for display purposes at shows, etc. What I'm after is a 12V car battery which is small in size (don't want a full size one) yet is able to run a single HID kit and possibly several indictor bulbs at the same time. I have no idea how much current these items draw which I why I need some feedback from you. Any help is gratefully received, expecially any recommendations as to which battery to buy and where to buy one. I need one for next weekend (Honda show at Gaydon)…
