they have decided that after nearly two years after the crash i had, i now need a vic check done before i can tax my car, it is due on friday and there is a two week waiting list for the car to be examined why the fook after two years have they decided this :confused: the guy that crashed into me was took to court by the motoring industry buraeu and charged withdriving without insurance and ordered to pay back in full the stlement that i got + cost's, the solicitor dealing with the claim says i dont haqve to notify the dvla as it is a personal claim with the aid of the MIB, now the dvla are saying it has to be VIC checked and classed as a class C write off …

fookin ell, an evo 6 that needed a dor and a wing just went at the salavge auction for 2k, thats a fookin steal, looks like my zed may have to go lol

I have 90% stripped my old ford cortina and need help with the last bit and and I want the shell removed. Some of you know I want to build a locost - but the project is slowing down as I get busier with other things. I have removed the interior, doors, boot, bonnet, glass, cooling system, engine and gearbox. I will happily pay someone to remove the suspension, axel and steering compnents and to take the shell away. Looking at buying a Tom-Tom or something as I am going to be doing quite a bit of travelling soon. Always relied on maps before as I feel more accomplished when I arrive at where I intended to be and never bothered with GPS; but for time and accuracy sake, I think it's in my best interests to get one. Just wondering what everyone uses. Not looking at spending a lot, £150 maybe? Would like one that I could get the speed cameras on (aware they are subscription only). Cheers

my air bag light is on in my vectra SRI if i put the ignition on it goes out for a few seconds then comes back on and i have my MOT in three weeks. i took it to a garage who had tech 2 but didnt have a clue how to use it and i cant remember what code it gave but was something about resistance. i have changed the air bag module under the centre console as the garage said it might be that any ideas

ive managed to aquire a P4 2ghz carputer and an M1-ATX - 90W Intelligent Car PSU. all i need now is a touchscreen monitor. what i need to know is, what size will be the best fit in place of the stereo console, not a motorised one though as they all seem to be from china or hong kong. a 7 or 8" one ?.
